Commercial Property Inspection

Commercial property inspections service is a complete evaluation of commercial properties that range in size from small office spaces to strip malls. This would be smart to before leasing or purchasing a new commercial building for your business.

Radon Inspections

Radon Testing should be done before you commit to the purchase of a new home or commercial property. Radon is a dangerous radioactive gas that forms underground, That eventually escaping into the atmosphere above. During this transition, radon can enter homes through small openings in the foundation and from there, it can be a threat to the health of occupants. Radon is odorless and invisible, so it’s important to hire a trained professional who has the equipment to perform this service. For more information on Radon click here.

Septic Inspections

This is a thorough inspection of a standard residential septic system. We examine the septic tank for any existing damage, while also taking a look at the accessible mechanical components to see If the tank needs to be pumped asap or in the near future, we make sure to give the customer the information and to recommend a reputable contractor if necessary.

THERMAL IMAGE TESTING

Thermal Image Testing is an advanced Infrared device that has a non-invasive technology that allows the inspector to show homeowners things about their homes that can’t be revealed using conventional inspection methods.

Wood Destroying Report

This Inspection Includes information on termite / wood-boring destructive Insects. Our inspector will look at your home’s structure for damage caused by infestations of termites or other wood-destroying insects.

Crawl Space Inspection

Crawl space inspections we inspect the following:

  1. Adequate ventilation

  2. Moisture level in the soil

  3. Damaged masonry stem wall or piers

  4. Temporary supports

  5. Termite guards

  6. Condition of floor framing
