Our Comprehensive Inspections
Radon Testing
Radon testing should be done before you commit to the purchase of a new home. Radon is a dangerous radioactive gas that forms underground, eventually escaping into the atmosphere above. During this transition, Radon can enter homes through small openings in the foundation, and from there, it can threaten the health of occupants. Radon is odorless and invisible, so hiring a trained professional with the equipment to perform this service is important.
Septic Inspections
This is a thorough inspection of a standard residential septic system. We examine the septic tank for any existing damage. We also look at the accessible mechanical components to see if the tank needs to be pumped ASAP or in the near future and perform flow tests. We make sure to give the customer the information and recommend a reputable contractor if necessary.
Thermal Image Testing
Thermal image testing is an advanced infrared device that has a non-invasive technology. It allows the inspector to show homeowners things about their homes that can’t be revealed using conventional inspection methods.
Termite/Wood Destroying Organism Report
This inspection includes information on termite and wood-boring destructive insects. Our inspector will look at your home’s structure for damage caused by infestations of termites or other wood-destroying insects. We provide the proper report form requested by financial institutions.

Crawl Space Inspection
Because homeowners don’t ordinarily go under their home and examine the crawl space, our inspector’s findings are often a surprise to the homeowner. We inspect the following during the crawl space inspection:
- Adequate ventilation
- Moisture level in the soil
- Damaged masonry stem wall or piers
- Temporary supports
- Termite guards
- Condition of floor framing
- Evidence of mold-like substances
- Vapor barrier and insulation
- Evidence of animal damage
- Plumbing, HVAC, ducts, and electrical (where visible)

Testing water quality for 12 contaminates for both public and private (well water) :

Drone Inspections
Drone inspections include a flyover with images of areas of the property that are not easily accessible, such as chimneys or roofs, for things like mold or damaged roofing shingles and flashings.
